Sarah grew up in the Alps in Germany and Austria and moved to California in 2001. She has been studying methods of healing, art, movement, and consciousness work since 1994. The focus of her work now is the embodiment of consciousness and supporting her clients in aligning with their deeper self. She studied intensively with Ray Castellino for over 10 years until he passed away in 2020, and considers him her foremost teacher.

In her sessions Sarah brings together her studies in somatics, prenatal & birth therapy, embodied movement methods, creative arts therapy and somatic sex & intimacy coaching with a variety of subtle energy oriented practices from Eastern and Western Traditions.
