Sarah is a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Authorized Continuum Movement Teacher, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Conscious Birth Doula. She completed her Pre & Perinatal Attachment Facilitator training with Myrna Martin in Canada in 2009 and continued to work closely with Ray Castellino, assisting and co-facilitating womb surround workshops since 2013. Sarah has been leading Womb Surround Process Workshops throughout Canada and New Zealand since 2011. She has a passion for facilitating a connection to the Inherent Health that is our birthright and supports birth and families in secure attachment. Sarah is the founder of Somatic Sanctuary, a Somatic-Based Healing and Movement Arts Center in Ojai, California.
