Students will be able to:

• Identify and define the elements of conception, pregnancy, birth, and postbirth history with parents
• Differentiate between first and second history taking, identifying gaps in the first visit with a subsequent follow-up visits with history taking
• Demonstrate skills of examination of infants in preparation for bodywork in the supine position and develop techniques to help settle a distressed baby
• Identify clinical strategies that include the placenta and differentiate specific needs about the infant's neck
