This is the audio of my presentation about the field of prenatal and perinatal psychology. It is really 3 stories in one: My story of how I became a practitioner; the story of the emerging of the prenatal and  perinatal healing field, and the story of babies in our culture. This first presentation was the lecture I was giving when APPPAH (The Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health) asked me to develop their Department of Education, which is now set with over 400 students in over 40 countries around the world. The paper that I wrote was published in Somatic Psychology Today in 2015. That paper talks in more depth about our pioneers and the therapies they developed.
