Welcome!

This is a primer on midwifery written by Lois Trezise, CNM. It is a unique and gracious description about midwifery from her perspective after many years in the field. She is unlike any other midwife you will meet: a friend and champion of mothers, babies and families. This course really amounts to an expression of love for a very human and caring craft.

The two hands we have chosen to represent the Anatomy of a Midwife course are fundamental and essential tools for a midwife like Lois, along with her heart, presence and wisdom.
